One of Rixos Hotels is looking for Asst. Quality Assurance Manager with qualifications that enable them to work in Egypt.CVs must be in English and interviews will be only in English.
Mandatory Qualifications
Experience in hospitality sector is a DEFINITE must
Minumum 5 years experienced in ISO 9001, 14.000 and ISO 22K systems
Fluency in English.
Experienced in ensuring the quality of the food productions processes.
Experienced in ensuring the quality of the hotel concept and department functions
Other Qualifications
Able to give effective trainings
Able to direct and coordinate other departments’ training plans.
Job Description
· Plan and lead each IBU and realted HODs to achieve ISO certification,
· Manage QC tools and create QIRs.
· Lead the KPIs and oversea MBOs cycle
· Provide KPI updates to the GM & Group Manager of Quality
· Support L&D with the TNA
· Develop, coach & support Training Ambassadors at property level
