Job Description:
– Create and publish job ads in various portals.
– Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and LinkedIn.
– Screen resumes and job applications.
– Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
– Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
– At least one year experience in recruitment in the same field.
– Graduates only and prefer pharmacy background.
– Males and Females can apply.
