Responsibilities
• Manpower planning
• Full sourcing, recruitment, selection & staffing process (white & blue collars)
• Job analysis and job description creation, updating & setting KPIs with line managers
• Performance management
• Employees relation & employer branding
Qualifications required
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment & OD
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry and Retail is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation & analytical skills.
• High Reporting & time management skills
• People oriented & Self-motivated
HR Personnel Specialist:
Responsibilities
• maintaining employees updated & accurate database & personnel Files as per company policy and Egyptian laws
• Employees’ Benefits administration & renewals
• Employees; Attendance & vacations
• Preparing monthly payroll variables
• Internal investigations & execution of code of conduct policies
• maintain good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities,
• Employees Social & medical insurance
• Assist in keeping employees / company informed of all changes in personnel policies and problems and proposing solution to any complain if received.
Qualifications required
• 3-4 years of Experience in the same field
• Sound knowledge of Egyptian labor & insurance laws
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry and Retail is a plus
• Good Communication & Negotiation Skills
• People oriented
• Details oriented & good with numbers
• High Reporting & time management skills
