Role Purpose
The candidate will work as an application support during working hours and oncall and will:

  • Solve technical issues (global and individual),
  • Be responsible for technical reviews, upgrades, service restoration, integration with back-ends and maintaining system’s security.
  • Be responsible for system deployment.
  • Experience in one or more from (Siebel CRM, Provisioning, IVR and POS)

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience

  • Demonstrates ability of team work, flexible, take initiative, set plans and executes them in addition to problem solving,handle multiple tasks/priorities
  • Excellent Analytical, problem solving and Negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to solve critical issues.
  • Expert level in using customer care systems
  • Very Good Analytical and reporting writing skills
  • Very Good Presentation skills

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

  • Programming experience
  • Shell Scripting
  • Java
  • Unix and Linux
  • Oracle database


  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or computer science or any relevant education.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience.
