Role Purpose
The candidate will work as an application support during working hours and oncall and will:
- Solve technical issues (global and individual),
- Be responsible for technical reviews, upgrades, service restoration, integration with back-ends and maintaining system’s security.
- Be responsible for system deployment.
- Experience in one or more from (Siebel CRM, Provisioning, IVR and POS)

- Demonstrates ability of team work, flexible, take initiative, set plans and executes them in addition to problem solving,handle multiple tasks/priorities
- Excellent Analytical, problem solving and Negotiation abilities.
- Ability to solve critical issues.
- Expert level in using customer care systems
- Very Good Analytical and reporting writing skills
- Very Good Presentation skills
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- Programming experience
- Shell Scripting
- Java
- Unix and Linux
- Oracle database
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or computer science or any relevant education.
- 0 to 3 years of experience.
