Procurement Officer is urgently needed to join SUN Pharma.
The main responsibilities are:
• Plan & order for timely supply of APIs, excipient, packing materials & update the NDR sheets reflecting material requirements to ensure timely supply of materials requirements.
• Sourcing the required materials, collecting required quotations, vendor’s selection and issue purchase order to cover the scheduled production in SAP system and restricted Follow up for required approvals according to sun Pharma DOA policy.
• Preparation of MOH importation plan and required importation permit to accelerate new products implementation as well as site transfer products into Sun Pharma OSD plant.
• Follow up Custom clearance and warehouse receiving activities and payment settlement with suppliers
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree of Science, Commerce is preferable.
• 1-2 years purchasing experience of direct procurement activities.
• Strong communication and language skills.
