1-Welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
2-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
3-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary and materials
4-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filling and photocopying
1. (0-1) year work experience as a Receptionist, front office representative or similar one.
2. Professional attitude and appearance.
3. Customer service attitude.
4. BA degree holder preferred
