- Prepare procurement plan showing way of accession, nominated subcontractors and planned budget.
- Prepare subcontractors and suppliers packages and Investigates potential suppliers and recommends those most desirable, and get them approved from consultant / client.
- Submit all finishing material to consultant / owner and obtain approval.
- Review and compare subcontractor’s offers, and confirm that the all offers matches our contract planned cost, requirements, specifications and program
- Negotiate with subcontractors & suppliers on lead-time, cost, quality and contract’s terms so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Prepare & Review all the contracts and Purchases orders.
- Lead the purchasing team to execute all purchase orders.
- Follow up on suppliers’ invoices and payments.
- Prepare suppliers periodical evaluation reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from faculty of Engineering.
- Experience more than 15 years in construction companies.
- Good command of English language.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
