The sales administrator responsibilities include generating reports, analyzing data, processing orders, generating products model name and part numbers, monitoring inventory and communicate with customers. To be successful in the position the ideal candidate must work effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment. You need to be a fast learner and highly resourceful at getting the job done on time.

Sales Admin duties and responsibilities

 

• Supply chain report
• Supply chain analysis
• Market analysis for laptop product
• Promoter & merchandiser report and performance analysis
• Sales promotion budget control and claim
• Marketing promotion budget control and claim
• Coordinate with product manager and team member to come out daily/weekly report

Sales Admin requirements and qualifications

 

• 1 year or above experience as a sales admin or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Excel pivot & V-lookup, power point, word, MS outlook
• Good knowledge in IT product
• Experience in IT industry
• Good understanding of supply chain
• Financial background is a Plus
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• English is must
