Our expanding company is seeking to hire an Operation Manager to join our OrganizationDesired Candidate Description:
-Must have at least 10 years experience as Operations Manager .
-Proven experience at online service is a must.
-Have prior experience in a management or leadership position.
-Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
-Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
-Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
-Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.
-Excellent communication skills.
