Canal SugarCanal Sugar is looking to hire for “Recruitment Officer” with below job responsibilities;
– Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
– Conduct phone interviews and schedule face to face interviews meetings.
– Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges etc
– Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
– Screen candidates resumes and job applications
– Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Recruitment Lead.
– Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
– Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Job Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
– Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
– Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
– Previous experience with SAP
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent command of English Language
– BS/MS in Human Resources Management
