-Receives the project contract from the client
-Study the contract technically and legally and review the contract with all departments concerned.
-Review all the requirements and find any comments, and negotiate with the client on all conditions to reach the best conditions commensurate with the company.
-Review the terms of the contract with the Managing
-Director and obtain approval.
-Displays project details with project management
-Make any adjustments or project.
-Resolves all contractual forms during project validity.
-Determines the rights of the company and the customer documented in the contract.
-Performs other work related to the job objectives and areas of work.
Bachelor Degree:Bachelor of Engineering
Experience: • 2-3 years in same field
