• The primary purpose of the role is to conduct Competency based Assessment Centers requested by our Manager to help them in Talent Management, Succession Planning by recruiting and promoting the right calibers
• Support creation and maintenance of competency catalogue (core, leadership and functional)
• Maintain confidentiality of information and records with high level ethical standards
• Prepare and distribute periodic administrative reports related to assessment activities
Fluent English is a must.
