Senior HR Specialist is urgently needed for a well known manufacturing company located in Sheraton.
About the job:
– Handling the Recruitment processes as per the manpower budget plan for the blue collar and white collar, including ad-hoc positions, temporary staff & internships
– Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various Recruitment media platforms.
– Creating job descriptions & job requirements.
– Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
– Build and manage an effective appraisal system for employees.
– Handling monthly employee’s salaries.
– Preparing monthly payroll sheet.
– Assist in development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures.
– Processing all personal actions forms and ensuring proper approval.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
– 3-5 Years of experience in all HR Functions is Must.
– Very good in English language.
– Males Only.
