Mantrac is looking to hire a Sales Engineer
Location: Sohag, Akhmim.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Conduct market research uncovering client needs and preferences whilst providing necessary insights for effective marketing initiatives.
2- Build strong relationships with clients by opening consistent channels of communication.
3- Proactively gather client requests and ensure their timely fulfillment.
4- Collect, process and follow up on Purchase Orders as well as the collection of client payments.
5- Ensure the timely delivery of Mantrac’s products and services to clients with the intended quality and specifications.
6- Collect feedback on Mantrac’s products and services ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
1 to 3 years of experience.
Very Good level of English.
