Job Requirements
– Females only!
– Presentable
– Age between 30~40
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office manager
– Real estate / Stock market experience
– Fluent in English is a must
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Understanding financial reports
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Experienced in Professional Business Writing (English & Arabic)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
– Able to travel to annual conventions regionally and internationally
– Flexible working hours
– Own a car
– Giza & October Resident will be preferred
