Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
• Present & demonstrate solutions to customers and channel partners.
• Build technical proposals based on available products of the company.
• Work with technology and channel partners for products/solutions awareness.
• Work with sales team on building product sales pipeline.
• Lead and drive customer engagement such as proof of concepts.
