Overview:
Talent Management & Development Specialist will assist in various aspects of Succession Planning, Performance Management, Engagement, Onboarding, Career Mapping, and Learning. We seek someone looking to build upon and grow a foundation for a career in talent and organizational development.
Also will support in Talent Development function through assisting in the implementation of various talent initiatives aimed at building a more inclusive and engaged
Candidate Profile & Prerequisites:
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Years of experience: 1-3, Experience in Non-profit organization and national societies is an added value
• Excellent computer literacy mainly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Close area resident.
