1. Tele- Sales:
Responsibilities:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
2. Data Annotator:
Responsibilities:
• Annotate and label text, image and video data via computer using various internal software programs.
• Locate, label, tag, and categorize various elements in large text datasets.
• Report and document issues with tools and annotation documents to the development team when necessary.
• Interact with data science and data engineering teams to improve data quality and the processes for data management and curation.
• Data scrubber, web searching, and suitable data collection.
