Recruitment and Training Specialist in Maadi
Job Description:
• Responsible for full recruitment cycle
• Headhunting
• Creates JD & JS for a wide range of positions (FMCG, IT, Accounting, Real Estate, Insurance, NGOs, Hotels & Tourism, Cement & Concrete, etc.)
• Reviews and filters applications against job requirements to establish a meaningful pool of candidates for interviewing and selection
• Conducts HR interviews with selected candidates and provides recommendations
• Coordinates the interviewing process with the client and ensures that applicant feedback is received in line with the recruitment policy
• Prepares & updates classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
• Maintains class attendance and performance records of attendees in training
Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 3+ years of experience in HR functions
• Excellent command in English language (verbal & written)
• HR Diploma is a must
