Grand Technology located in 6th of Oct. looking for Junior Accountant.

Job Description

1- Review & record Purchasing invoices or other expenses
and correct any discrepancies for satisfactory payment
approval.
2- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly
statements and related transactions
3- Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts
payable records, and provide other clerical support
necessary
4- Recording, maintaining and updating accounting
transactions on a day-to-day basis
5- Follow-up of payment of suppliers’ receivables in
accordance with their credit policies
6- Maintain organized filing system
7- Provide support to the accounting team once needed

Skills

1. Excellent communication skills in English
2. Microsoft Office, Adobe.
3. Accurate, well-organized, and Deadline-Oriented.
4. Implementing Accounting procedures and processes.
5. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
