– Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
– Setting sales targets with the sales team and achieving company’s monthly sales
– Market analysis.
– Assist in closing deals.
– Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
– Gather data of competitors.
– Preparing documents. (Contracts, property offerings, and closing statements).
– Training of sales team members.
– Ability to monitor tele-sales department and sales department.
– Great vision on making monthly and annual plan.
– Report to CEO on daily basis.
fluent English :-
– Excellent communication skills.
– Excellent negotiation skills.
– 8 hours working per day.
– One Day off.
– Able to achieve targets.
– Experience not less than 7 years in real state retail.
– Can use CRM system.
