Qualifications:

• 15-20 years of experience .
•Experience in construction field is a must .
• Time and stress management skills
• Experience in conducting overall HR functions ( recruitment, personnel, organization development, compensation & benefits , training & development)
• Experience in implementing , monitoring overall HR strategies, policies, procedures across the organization
