Recruitment specialist is required for a big facilities management company
Located in New Cairo

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receiving MRF‘s (Manpower requisition forms)
· Taking approvals (Finance, HR) for MRF‘s (New positions, replacements)
· Sending ARF‘s to the IT department to add or remove Emails from the domain.
· Sourcing through Wuzzuf, Forasna, Social media network, Referrals, Recommendations
· Screening (calling candidates to confirm they are matching the job criteria)
· Arranging interviews appointments
· Conducting the interview to shortlist the pool of candidates.
· Coordinate for the technical interviews (visit the sites with the shortlisted candidates to observe the tech interviews.)
· Sending feedbacks to shortlisted candidates
· Sending offers to the selected candidates
· Arranging appointments to sign the contracts
· Preparing the contracts and the hiring documents to deliver them to the personnel team.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 months to 1 Year of experience working in Recruitment or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of basic recruitment principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
