Job requirements:
• Experience 6 months :1
• Very good command of English
• IT background is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Heliopolis ,Nasr City and New Cairo residents are preferred
Job description:
• Design and update job descriptions
• Posting job adds on company’s careers page, social media, etc.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and recruitment websites such as wuzuff ,etc)
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone and in-person)
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Send job offer e-mails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Participate in job fairs
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
