About the Job
  • Welcome the customers, collect their data, answer their inquiries, and direct them to the sales executive / Product Genius to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Receive incoming phone calls and taking the customers data then transfer the call to the Sales Executives.
  • Validate the customer’s data submitted by the sales advisor to the data she/he collected to avoid duplication.
  • Insert all the collected accurate data in the Sales Funnel Management report to be sent to the CRM team weekly.
  • Coordinate the traffic letters by communicating with the stock & planning department to get the released traffic letters for the sold cars within the showroom to ensure delivering the traffic letter to the customer on time.
  • Generate the Sales Funnel Management report including all the customer data and send it to the Sales Channel Development & Customer relations department on weekly basis and to the showroom manager on daily basis.
  • Generate the Used Cars report and send it on weekly basis to the Showroom Manager including the delivered cars and all the customers that didn’t get the trade in program and the type of their old cars.
  • Create a reservations report monthly which includes all the monthly reservation, number of reservations for every sales executive, and the total reservations and send it daily to the Showroom Manager, Sales executives and the Product Geniuses.
  • Create a Stock report which includes all the cars in the stock and send it to the Showroom Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any related field.
  • 0-3 year of experience in a relevant position.
  • Excellent user of MS Office.
  • Presentable.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
