About the Job
- Managing Microsoft Exchange Server
- Previous experience within Security and Firewalls
- Solid experience setting up network and establishing infrastructure between locations either inside or outside the region
- In-house server management including ERP system management
- Technical Support background is a must
- Willing to develop and manage department’s Ticketing System
- Previous management experience with CCTV
- Previous experience within call center industry is an asset
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of solid experience within the same field
- Very Good English Level
- Proven experience in successful team management
- Solid communication with telecom and internet service provides
- Holding specialized academic certifications; MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, … etc.
- Excellent English Level.
- Working hours: 8:30 AM till 4:00 PM
- Work Location: Gesr El Suez
- Working days: Saturday till Thursday
- Weekly Off: Friday
