Commercial International for Insurance Brokerage (CIIB) S.A.E. located in Dokki, is seeking to hire experienced calibers for Account Executive vacancies.
General Duties:
》Interacts with management, claims handling & issuing, client services departments as part of servicing function.
》Process queries, quotations, placement requests and invoicing.
》Works independently or as part of a team.
》Directly responsible for retention of all accounts assigned to the team.
》Apply problem solving techniques to various issues concerning cancellations, claims, renewal issues, receivables, carrier issues.
Note: Account Executive vacancy isn’t sales vacancy and the candidate won’t be asked to achieve a Target.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree supported with 1-2 years proven experience in customer services, sales, telesales or Operations.
