HR Coordinator is required for immediate hiring for a software house located in Heliopolis
• Will be responsible for all HR related functions including:
Hiring life cycle.
Coordinating social and medical insurance forms.
Coordinating payroll in cooperation with financial department.
Participate in performance appraisal and performance management.
Update company policy and rules.
Coordinate training programs for employees.
Keeping the environment attractive and friendly.
Bachelor degree in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience in admin and HR field.
Solid knowledge of labor law fundamentals.
Proficiency in MS office.
Proficiency in English language writing and speaking.
Proficiency in business writing.
Very good communication and presentation skills.
HR Diploma is a plus
Previous experience in software house is a plus.
working hours from 9am to 5 pm
2 days off: Friday and Saturday
Basic salary+ social insurance + medical isnurance
