The job holder will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail and correspondences, may also schedule meetings and travel for executives.
o 1-2 years of experience in a relevant position, hospitality background would be highly preferred.
o University degree.
o Highly presentable with a friendly approach.
o Very good command of English.
o Self-driven and problem solver.
o Proficient with MS Office tools.
