Duties & Responsibilities:
– Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
– Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
– Up-sell the company’s services and solutions.
– Coordinate with various teams to meet the customer’s expectations.
– Provide professional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
-Help management with company-wide strategic planning.
– Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
– Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
– Proven (1-2) experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/ customer service role.
– Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
– Fluent in English.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Experience at least 2 years in the field
– The ability to thrive in pressured or stressful situations.
