About the Job
  • Follow up on projects’ updates and communicate them to the customers proactively in coordination with involved departments.
  • Follow up on all customers’ inquiries and ensure their rapid resolution, keeping records of all handled and pending issues according to set KPIs.
  • Handling escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction according to set standards.
  • Validate customer data provided by sales teams on CRM and ensure correct and periodic data maintenance.
  • Prepare customer data reports as requested.
  • Supervise Customer Care Team and provide any needed support.
  • Distribute tasks and responsibilities between team and ensure they meet department’s objectives in coordination with the Customer Care Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Customer Care experience for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Real Estate experience.
  • Good knowledge of SAP/CRM.
  • Stress Management
