HR Generalist is required for a Factory located in 6 October
(job code HRG-1)
* Responsibilities:
1. Involved in the manpower planning process.
2. Take a part in the job analysis, job description project.
3. Post hiring ads and follow up the required manpower
4. Filter cvs , classified them according to the opportunities.
5. Arrange the interviews and take a part of it and send the offer letter for the accepted candidates.
6. Carry out the induction program for the new comers.
7. Maintain employee’s database and keep it updated.
8. Follow up with the hired employees to complete their files.
9. Deal with governmental affairs regarding labor, insurance and other issues.
10. Monitor the employee’s attendance and grooming.
11. Prepare the monthly payroll effects and take a part of payroll cycle.
Job requirements:
1. Recruitment “blue collars” background.
2. Well knowledge of Personnel & Payroll.
3. 6 October resident is preferred.
4. HR Certificate holding is preferred.
5. Microsoft Office
6. English : Good
7. 2 – 3 Experience in Hr field
