Production Engineer – Suez Jobs in Hayat Kimya September 2019

About the Job
  • Check production lines and machine check up on a daily basis.
  • Check SAP system report on a daily basis.
  • Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.
  • Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required
  • Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the foreman and technicians.
  • Reduce machine break out times.
  • Achieve goals within budget.
  • Create shift schedule for the foreman and technicians and follow up on their attendance.
  • Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result
  • Remove waste from the processes.
  • Produce written reports such as “Activity, production loss, production data analysis” on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Direct work flow process of the production workers.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in engineering preferred Mechanical Engineering
  • from 1-3 years of experience in the same position in preferred to be in FMCG company.
  • Good Commend in English Language
  • Packaging a converting exp is plus.
  • SAP experience is preferable.
  • Suez Residents only can apply.
