About the Job
- Check production lines and machine check up on a daily basis.
- Check SAP system report on a daily basis.
- Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.
- Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required
- Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the foreman and technicians.
- Reduce machine break out times.
- Achieve goals within budget.
- Create shift schedule for the foreman and technicians and follow up on their attendance.
- Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result
- Remove waste from the processes.
- Produce written reports such as “Activity, production loss, production data analysis” on a daily and monthly basis.
- Direct work flow process of the production workers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering preferred Mechanical Engineering
- from 1-3 years of experience in the same position in preferred to be in FMCG company.
- Good Commend in English Language
- Packaging a converting exp is plus.
- SAP experience is preferable.
