- Generate, pursue and close Localization and Translation opportunities in our key sectors and with target companies.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasting and reporting.
- Manage prospect pipeline and record customer interactions.
- Manage team KPI’s focusing to new leads and new market areas.
- Meet and exceed team KPIs and sales targets
- Responsible for calling on and closing sales with new and existing customers, including cold calling and direct marketing activities.
- Retain and grow revenue and account share.
- Responsible for client satisfaction throughout the life of a relationship.
- Interact with other departments as needed, providing the best business solutions for our clients.
- Understand the translation industry and competitive landscape and help management to develop strategic plan.
