Job responsibilities include the below:
- Updating the system on regular basis
- Handling users complain through Emails of web-chat.
- Searching and collating database for sales team.
- Creating reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent usage of Microsoft Office.
- 0-2 Years of experience in internet companies (Mobile APPs companies)
- Great communication, analytical, Planning and organizing skills
- Preferably Male
- Good English.
- Preferably worked as social media influencer before.
- Preferable using zendesk
