About the Job:
– Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
– Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
– On board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
– Process hiring and resignation procedures.
– Process payroll cycle
– Handles social insurances issues.
– Process Exit-interviews.
– Assist in others HR functions
Job Requirements:
– Experience 1-3 years (preferred in pharmacies chain)
– Recruitment experience is a must
– Male / Female
– Well looking
– Presentable
– Detail oriented
– V. good in Microsoft office
