Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (Excellent/Fluent in English)
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (Highly preferred in Faculty of Economics & Political Science)
• 3-5 years of experience in the QA field
• Analytical and statistical background (statistical or six sigma courses are preferable) is a MUST
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; high-proficiency and advanced excel & visio knowledge
• Auditing background
• Excellent command of English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven planning skills
• Proven analytical skills
Job Description:
• Manage QMS processes improvement.
• Establish and implement new processes and standards.
• Manage auditing process (internal & external) and handle audits escalations.
• Conduct new processes, QMS refreshment sessions for current employees and newcomer’s training.
