• Creating source and develop a pool of qualified candidates
•Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and test
•Post openings in different places and advertisements, with professional organizations and in other positions appropriate venues. •Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates
•Review resumes credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Conduct Initial phone interviews with complete , accurate ,and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
