Recruitment Specialist
Job Location: 5th Settlement
About the Job:
1. Receive a hiring requests from different departments .
2. Source candidates through different recruitment channels.
3. Perform screening interviews and face to face interviews.
4. Coordinate technical interviews with different departments.
5. Conduct behavioral interviews, evaluating applicants and write interview assessments.
6. Make a reference check.
7. Conduct new employee’s orientation sessions.
8. Develop and update job description through job analysis.
9. Prepare required reports.
Job Requirements :
1. Education : Bachelor degree in Business administration or any related fields .
2. HR Diploma is MUST.
3. Experience :3-5years of experience as recruitment specialist – preferable in construction companies.
4. Excellent in use MS.Office .
5. Has a strong network in blue collars hiring.
6. Excellent in communication skills.
7. Presentable .
8. Males are preferable.
