A regional retail logistics company ,head quartered in Kuwait is seeking to recruit a sales&marketing manger who will be responsible for
– formatting and implementing a new aggressive b2b and b2c sales and marketing strategy and plan
– for building and maintain professional and profitable relationships with customers
– for handling the entire sales cycle including growing current existing businesses and to hunt<develop and follow up sales leads and prospect for new customers and businesses
– Ensure that call quotas,sales and budgets are attained

– degree/diploma in any discipline
– bilingual Arabic and English communication skills
– local driving license , transferable visa
– have over 5years of similar marketing experience
– ability to direct and motivate teams
– work under pressure
– dynamic, resourceful and strong negotiation and presentation skills
– independent, initiative & customer oriented with good inter-personal skills
