Job Description:
1-Working with end-users on HIS system training, updates, and technical support related to the system.
2-Analyzing, testing, and validating new development for continuous improvement of the HIS system.
3-Evaluating and testing new HIS modules.
4-Supporting mobile & Windows functions of IT applications.
5-Continuously learning and staying up-to-date on new applications to support the Hospital
6-Supporting and providing back up for level-1 support personnel
7-Providing computer and software operations ‘help desk’ assistance to employees and answering operation-related questions during all work hours; resolving problems and ensuring end-user satisfaction.
8-Rolling with the punches when it comes to taking on new challenges within the team.
Requirement:
*Experience implementing technologies in a fast-paced business environment.
*Ability to research, analyze, understand, and problem-solve technical material.
*Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
*Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
1 year of ERP application experience and implementing technologies in a fast-paced business environment.
