About the Job
The Senior User Experience Designer works with Designers and Product Managers to create a friendly user experience architecture, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate interaction and design concepts and implement them into the company’s product. Finally, The Designer works with Product Managers to continually pursue customer satisfaction with usability studies and testing.
Additionally, The Senior User Experience Designer must be a capable leader who can motivate the design team to follow the designer’s vision and follow through on delivery.
Job Requirements
- Experience Needed:More than 3 years
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection, Sketch, InVision, Dreamweaver, OmniGraffle, Axure, UXPin, Balsamiq, Patternry.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Experience in developing highly interactive Web and Mobile applications.
- Experience in different UX research methodologies.
- A cross-functional mindset and experience collaborating across departments.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and Product Managers.
- Solid interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present and support designs.
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
