About the Job

Serve new markets (talk to new customers)
Sell our services and handle rejections and concerns.
Achieve at least 100 nights – after excluding cancelled and declined deals.
Achieve a minimum of 2 flags/day as an average monthly rate.
Make at least 200 outbound calls per day.
Applying Company rules & regulations and work in parallel with the company mission & vision.
Salary:Confidential, up to 15000 EGP

Job Requirements

Experience Needed:1 to 2 years
Graduate.

Available for a full time from 4 PM – 12 AM including 1-hour break.

2- Customer Service Representative

About the Job

Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.

3-Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Job

The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services. This role requires an in depth knowledge of housing services and market goals. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. Marketing specialists rely on judgment in planning and experience to accomplish identified goals.

Job Requirements

#Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing related field.

#2 years of experience in digital marketing (within the housing industry is preferable).

#Core Competency Requirements Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.

#Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns. Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.

#Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.

#Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.

#Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Framemaker, DreamWeaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS
