Data_Analyst is needed with the following Job description :
1) analysis of customer calls, chat, social media verbatim,
2) analysis of service requests to understand emerging issues and recurrent in-depth root cause investigations,
3) data quality analysis for owners, tenants and wider group customers. Analyses are conducted to allow easy auditing and replication, hence using statistical software with approved codes and following departments’ protocols to ensure data security.
Experience:
• 2+ years of industry experience, passionate about data, insights and communication.
• Solid knowledge of at least one Statistical/Econometric software, with preference for R, Python.
• Proven analytical and logic abilities.
• Ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Solid understanding of ETL applications, data pipelines, Oracle, Salesforce, BI tools.
