We are currently hiring for the position of HR Specialist
who has at least 3+ Years of experience in Human resources functions

1- Manage full life cycle of recruiting from job specification through the employment offer.
2- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Screen candidates resumes and job applications 3- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Administering pre-employment tests
4- Assists in developing short and long range staffing plans to meet forecasted mission requirements
5- Performs job evaluations and job analyses
6- Prepares or updates employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
7- Explains human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
8- Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys
