About the Job
Customer Care Rep. Will be responsible for:
- Handling customer face to face
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of customer care/customer service experience
- Have a Good Background about Samsung Mobiles is preferred
- The ability to learn how to solve small technical Problems
- Age 22-30
- Graduates Only
- Excellent English
