Job Objective:
Contribute in increasing the revenue of service center through increasing customer satisfaction rates by providing better services to them through the technical advices.
Main Duties:
• Discuss with the customers the cost and time needed for repairs/maintenances.
• Take the approval for repairs/maintenances from the customers.
• Inform the customer about the finished repairs/maintenances.
Required Skills:
• Customer Care and Communication.
• Problem Solving and Negation.
• Follow up and Prioritizing.
• Attention to details and Multi-Task.
Requirements:
• Gender: Any.
• Qualifications: Bachelor degree of Engineering “Mechanical Department”.
• Experience: (2:5) years in the same title.
• English Language: Very good in both oral and written.
• Residence: Alexandria.
• Working hours: 8 Hours.
• Days Off: Friday.
• Work Location: Amria.
