Queue Outsourcing company is hiring now a customer service representative
1) Requirements
• Education: Graduated preferable .
• Gender : Male / Female.
• Shifts hours : 8 hours rotational “ from 10 am till 10 pm ”. included 1 hour break
• Days off : 2 days rotational basis.
• Basic salary: 2500 + commission up to 1500.
• Language support : Arabic(Native) – English (good)
2) Job Description:
• Answering incoming calls in timely manner.
• Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solution.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide customers with service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.
3) Job Location :
• #El Tahrer Square ,Cairo.
