we are hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our team immediately.
- Reply to users’ inquiries by chat or email only by following the company’s processes and rules.
- Solve reports received by investigating suspicious users’ profiles and take the right action to keep our community safe.
- Approve or reject users’ profiles the company’s rules.
- Providing daily reports based on users’ suggestions and feedback to the communication team.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts.
- Perfect Arabic and English language.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices like Manychat, Intercom, etc.,
- Stable internet connection, and owner of a computer.
- Availability during the shift is a must.
- 1 to 2 years of experience minimum.
- High communication skills.
